The hand TracDrive is a simple compact hand winch designed to operate corded tracks where hand pulling is not suitable. It can be retro fitted to any system and comprises of a rectangular steel back plate with 13mm holes in each corner to accept any wall fixings. The winch is roped up in a similar way to a TracDrive motor unit and the front plate carries the support bearing for the fold flat winding handle. The TRA05 joint set is used to connect two Unitrack sections (straight or curved) and comprises of one M8 bolt joint set and four square steel spigots. The spigots are a close sliding fit into the track section tubes and ensure that correct alignment is maintained.TRA05TRA05 UNITRACK JOINT SET
The TRA06 twin wheeled carrier or trolley is used on straight tracks to attach and support a curtain or scenic cloth. They are usually spaced at 300mm centres along the top of the curtain or cloth and each is capable of supporting a safe working load of 25Kg.

Two flanged ball raced polyurethane wheels are attached to the body of the carrier which is moulded from a metal replacement polymer. Curtain hooks are attached to the runner body via a built-in swivelling loop and rubber strips form resilient impact buffers to reduce the noise caused when the runners stack together. Four holes in the base of the stirrup also enable the TRA08 rearfold accessory to be retro-fitted. A flat 'keeper' bar is also positioned just clear of the underside track running rails to ensure that the wheeled carrier remains upright and cannot be dislodged. The 'keeper' bar also allows runners to be added or removed from any point on the track which is a feature theatre tracks often require.

TRA06CTRA06C 4-WHEELED RUNNER
The rearfold carrier is a TRA06 twin wheeled carrier fitted with a TRA08 accessory and comes pre assembled. The addition of the rearfold tag causes the curtain or cloth to travel flat instead of bunched as it moves offstage. An image or a pattern on the curtain or cloth can therefore remain visible as it disappears offstage (See our cording diagrams for information on cording this effect). Please note that rearfold only works on straight track systems.

The TRA07 Master Runner is used for the leading edge of curtains and clamps the cord onto the corded systems. Each Master Runner is capable of supporting a safe working load of 50Kg.

Four pairs of ball raced polyurethane wheels are fastened to a wide 'U' shaped metal body with two metal eye loops placed 55mm apart. The loops are used for attaching the leading edge of the curtain to the master runner. 

The upper wheel pairs roll along the top of the running rails of the track and the lower pairs are in close engagement with the underside of the running rails to ensure stability and support. A cord clamping strip is positioned centrally between the eye loops and inside the stirrup, fastened by two 8mm bolts. Three further holes are located on the vertical centre line of each side of the body for attaching other accessories. The overall width of the Master Runner is 96mm and comes in a matt black finish.TRA07TRA07 MASTER RUNNER
The TRA07A Overlap Arms are normally used in pairs fitted to master runners located on opposite sides of the track. This creates a curtain overlap on a single track. The overlap arm is laser profiled and attaches to one side of the Master Runner with two M6 bolts and Nyloc nuts. The curtain attaches to the holes in the plate and provides an overlap of 50cm. The overall length of the arm is 400mm and comes finished in matt black.
 TRA07ATRA07A OVERLAP ARM
The rearfold tag can be added to either a TRA06 two wheeled or a TRA06C four wheeled runner. It is attached with four screws that are supplied with the tag. Adding this accessory causes the curtain or cloth to travel flat instead of bunched. This means an image or a pattern on the curtain or cloth remains visible as it disappears offstage. Please refer to our cording diagrams for information on how to cord this effect. Please note that rearfold only works on straight track systems. TRA08TRA08 REARFOLD TAG - BOLT ON ACCESSORY (BLACK)
The TRA09 Head Pulley is used on a straight track system to divert the cord down to the floor. The assembly comprises of two individual Nylon 90mm diameter sheaves each mounted within their own metal brackets to a square base plate. The TRA09 assembly is mounted with two M12 bolt sets and the sheaves are set at 80mm centres apart to align with the track centres when overlapped. The TRA09 comes finished in black.
 TRA09TRA09 HEAD PULLEY
The TRA10 Return Pulley is designed to be placed at an opposite end on a straight track to the head pulley. Its role is to divert the cord back along the track to the head pulley in the opposite direction. The TRA10 assembly comprises of a 90mm diameter Nylon sheave mounted within its own metal bracket bolted directly to a right angled mounting plate. The assembly is fitted to the underside of the track with two M12 bolt sets and comes finished in black.TRA10TRA10 RETURN PULLEY (BLACK)
The TRA11 foot stirrup (finished in black) is a floor level mounted return pulley designed for use on a flown or movable corded track system. The stirrup at the base is designed to be used by placing a foot into it and pressing down to the floor surface to tension the operating cord. Alternatively 2 holes are provided in the base strap so that the stirrup can be screwed to the stage floor. The overall dimensions of the TRA11 Foot Stirrup Pulley are 300mm high x 150mm wide at the base with a 25mm wide strap. TRA11TRA11 FOOT STIRRUP
The TRA12 is a floor mounted return pulley designed for use on fixed position track systems. It is intended to be crewed to the floor where the cord is tensioned by adjusting the height of the pulley within vertical slots located in the side plates of the bracket. This can be easily altered through the use of thumb screws allowing quick adjustments to be made. The overall dimensions of the Adjustable Floor Pulley are 300m high x 90mm wide x 75mm at base.TRA12TRA12 ADJUSTABLE FLOOR PULLEY
The TRA13 girder clamp provides a suspension point from the flanges of an 'I' beam track. It comprises of a length of Unistrut and two square 'U' bolts each attached to cranked rectangular clamp plates. Any flange width or thickness from a rolled steel joist beam can be accommodated. The suspension is achieved using a TRA 18 Studding Set.

 TRA13TRA13 GIRDER CLAMP
The TRA14 Hook Clamp is designed for attaching Unitrack to tube or truss ranging in diameters from 48mm to 51mm. A heavy-duty construction made from a number of machined Aluminium extrusions gives this component a safe working load of 200kg.

The TRA15 is used to suspend track sections by rope cordage or wire rope. It comprises of a forged fitting and threaded M12 bush with a solid tubular loop springing from the top outer edges of the bush. It has a test rating of 150Kg Safe Working Load.TRA15TRA15 DEADLINE FIXING
The TRA16 Wall Bracket is used to attach a track to a wall or vertical surface. It comprises of a 'L' shaped bracket formed from a flat steel plate and two laser profiled side arms. The side arms are spaced 13mm apart to allow studding or threaded rod to attach into the top channel for any of our track systems. This component has been tested to a 100Kg Safe Working Load at a reach of 200mm.
 TRA16TRA16 WALL BRACKET SET
This component is designed to be used with our TRA14 hook clamps when an overlap track is suspended from a single pipe or tube. They ensure that the track hangs centrally to the tube. The Offset Plate comprises of a shaped steel plate carrying three 13mm holes, two attach into the track and the third is offset by 40mm for attachment to the hook clamp.TRA17TRA17 OFFSET PLATE
150mm x M12 studding supplied with four nuts and washers. Longer lengths of studding are available on request. This component can be used with our TRA13 Girder Clamp and TRA16 Wall Bracket Set.
 
TRA18TRA18 STUDDING (150mm c/w NUTS & WASHERS)
The TRA19 is mounted to the top of a track and acts as a guide for the operating cord. On curved track sections the Curve Cord Guide should be positioned at 500mm centres and on straight sections 2m apart. The assembly comprises of 3 black plastic ball raced capstan pulleys, 40mm in diameter and mounted to a 40mm wide metal plate. The capstan pulleys are mounted as a close pair and a single. 

The top plate holds an M12 bolt captive for fixing either to Unitrack or Unibeam. All metalwork is finished in black.TRA19TRA19 CURVE CORD GUIDE SET
The Curve master runner carries a TRA28ARM to enable a connection to the operating cord above the track. The basis is the standard Master runner TRA 07 plus a bolted-on arm locating on two holes on the side of the body. The attachment plate carries a flat steel profiled curved arm terminating in a special clamping plate positioned to carry the cord past and between the single capstan pulley and the pair on the Curve cord guides TRA19. All metalwork is finished black. The Curve master runner has a Safe Working Load of 50Kg.TRA20TRA20 CURVE MASTER RUNNER
The TRA20HD Curve master runner carries a TRA28HD arm connecting the operating cord above the track. The basis is the TRA28AHD scenery carrier plus a plate beneath carrying 2 curtain attachment loops and a bolted arm locating on two holes on the side of the body. The attachment plate carries a profiled curved steel arm terminating in a pair of rope clamping plates positioned to carry the cord past the single capstan pulley and TRA19 curve cord guides. All metalwork is finished in black and the curve master runner has a Safe Working Load of 100Kg.TRA20HDTRA20HD CURVE MASTER RUNNER (HEAVY DUTY)
The TRA21 is designed to divert the operating cords either upwards to a motor or downwards to a floor pulley. It locates on the extreme end of a track section. The pulley comprises of two 90mm diameter black Nylon sheaves bolted to the outside of a pair of vertical profiled steel plates. Cord 'keeps' are located to trap the cord in the groove of the sheaves. Three black plastic ball raced capstan pulleys, 40mm diameter are set close to one another in a line and are mounted on the base plate strip secured across the cruciform. The Curve Head Pulley projects 94mm beyond the end of the track and is 224mm in length overall.TRA21TRA21 CURVE HEAD PULLEY SET (BLACK)
The TRA22 curve return pulley diverts the operating cord above the track back towards the head pulley on curved track systems. One 90mm diameter black Nylon sheave and two 40mm diameter black plastic ball raced capstan sheaves are mounted on a steel base plate. This has two 13mm attachment holes allowing the fitting to be fastened to the top of the track. The overall length of the component is 200mm. TRA22TRA22 CURVE RETURN PULLEY SET
The TRA23 Curve Suspension Bracket is designed for use with other suspension fittings such as the TRA13, TRA14, TRA15, TRA16, and TRA18. The top holes work as an offset plate on overlapping curved tracks that are suspended from a single tube or pipe. The curve suspension bracket has two 80mm square steel plates separated by a short section of round steel tube to provide a 90mm clearance from the top of the track. The TRA24 endstop is used to anchor the trailing edge of the curtain. It comprises of a laser profiled plate with a 90 degree folded section to allow for a secure fixing to the track. TRA24TRA24 ENDSTOP
The TRA24S Flat Endstop is fitted with rectangular rubber sleeves and is intended for scenery tracks that have no requirement to anchor the trailing edge of a curtain. It consists of a flat steel strip which straddles the top of the track running rails. TRA24STRA24S FLAT ENDSTOP
The TRA25 is designed to be used on straight centre overlap tracks and is located on the return side of the operating cord to prevent the slack line drooping into vision. It is recommended that this fitting is used at 2.5m centres.TRA25TRA25 LINE PICKUP
This component is always used in pairs on both straight and curved tracks to create 80mm track centres and to keep tracks rigid where they overlap.  The finish is black.

The TRA28A is similar to the TRA07s Master Runner but without the two metal eye loops. Instead a centrally placed 13mm hole is provided in the base of the carrier stirrup to accept an M12 stud bolt. This component is mainly used in conjunction with the Scenery carrier bottom TRA28B. The carrier has a Safe Working Load of 50Kg and is finished in matt black.
TRA28ATRA28A SCENERY CARRIER TOP ONLY
This heavy Duty Scenery Carrier has a robust 'U' shaped body. Stiffening webs at each end of the body provide more space to accommodate for four extra side wheels as the main top and bottom wheels are not flanged. The carrier is designed to carry heavy items on both straight and curved track systems and can be used in conjunction with the TRA28B scenery carrier bottom. All twelve ball race wheels are bolted to the bodywork of the carrier for extra strength.

This component can be retro fitted to a TRA07 and a TRA28A master or Scenery carrier  to enable the carriers on a curved track to be cord operated. The arm is designed to bolt to the holes on either the side of the scenery carrier. The vertical part of the arm carries a rope clamp positioned  to divert the cord from both directions up to the clamp. The arm is designed to position the clamped rope on the cord line and permit it to pass between TRA and UBM19 capstan pulleys. TRA28ARMTRA28ARM SCENERY CARRIER ARM, CURVED TRACK
This component can be retro fitted to TRA 28A,TRA 28AHD and UBM28A for full scenery carrying capacity and caters for scenery of varying thickness from 6mm to 44mm.The fitting comprises two rectangular flat steel plates 80 wide x 96 high drilled with seven holes. Four of the holes are on an angled square pattern are countersunk for wood screw fixings into the scenery, a centre hole is for a security bolt fixing through both plates and the scenery, and the top two holes are for the suspension bolts and spacer bushes attaching the lower pair of plates to a heavy profiled plate. This plate is 80mm wide x 50mm high and has a 40mm wide x 20mm cut out in the top edge with welded tubular bushes either side set horizontally to accept an M8 bolt. This pivot bolt also passes through the sides of a small formed 40 x 40 channel yoke and in the top of this inverted 'U' is a 13mm diameter hole through which an M12 stud bolt is secured. When fitted to a Scenery Carrier  0 to 33mm of vertical adjustment of the suspended scenery is possible. The design permits the suspended scenery to pivot across the line of the track and to lie flat on stage and be raised into the vertical position for ease of rigging.TRA28BTRA28B SCENERY CARRIER BOTTOM ONLY
This component can be retro fitted to a TRA 28AHD Heavy Duty Scenery Carrier to enable the scenery Carriers on a curved track to be cord operated.The arm is designed to bolt to the holes on either the side of the scenery carrier. The vertical part of the arms carries two cord clamps, one on the outer side of each arm. The two arms are connected by a plate which serves to divert the cord from both directions up to the individual cord clamps. The arms are designed to position this plate on the cord line and permit it to pass between TRA and UBM19 capstan pulleys. TRA28HDARMTRA28HDARM SCENERY CARRIER ARM HEAVY DUTY
The TRA29 is located in the centre of straight tracks using rearfold carriers. It allows the operating cord to crossover at the centre. Please see cording diagram 19 to see its application. TRA29TRA29 CENTRAL ROPE CROSSOVER FOR REARFOLD TO CENTRE BUTT
The TRA31H is designed for use on a single track to enable the cording to be kept compact within the track confines. An inverted 'U' shaped steel strip carries two 40mm diameter black plastic ball raced capstan pulleys mounted side by side. On the centre line inside the top of the stirrup are two 13mm holes that provide a fixing point to the track. TRA31HTRA31H SINGLE TRACK HEAD PULLEY
This component is a Heavy duty version of the the standard TRA31H it designed  for use on a single track to enable the cording to be kept compact within the track plan. It comprises a flat plate carrying two 90mm diameter black plastic ball raced capstan pulleys mounted side by side, each in their own metal bodies. On the centre line there are two 13mm holes  to provide for fixing the fitting to the track with M12 nuts and bolts. This component is designed especially for use on a single track to enable the cording to be kept compact within the track plan. It comprises of a  steel fabrication housing a 40mm diameter black plastic ball raced capstan pulley.  in the base  are two 13mm holes set on the centre  to provide for fixing to the track with M12 nuts and bolts. The metalwork is finished black. 
 TRA31RTRA31R SINGLE TRACK RETURN PULLEY
The TRA32 Side Cord guide provides support for the operating cord and prevents sag over long distances. An 'L' shaped steel strap mounts with an M12 bolt set through a clearance hole in the top. The vertical arm of the mounting carries two 40mm diameter black Nylon ball raced capstan pulleys mounted one above the other. Above the top capstan pulley is a cord keep bush which traps the cord and carries a pivoting plate referred to as a 'flipper', the lower end of which reaches the centre of the bottom capstan pulley. The 'flipper' stops the cord from falling out of the guide whilst allowing the master or scenery carrier to pass by. A close fitting rubber sleeve is also fitted on the 'flipper' to reduce any contact noise.TRA32TRA32 SIDE CORD GUIDE
The TRA32HD is identical to a standard TRA32 but wider to accommodate for the larger body of a TRA28AHD scenery carrier. TRA32HDTRA32HD SIDE CORD GUIDE HEAVY DUTY
A TRA33 allows for curtains or scenery to meet in the centre of a side corded track system. The fitting comprises of a pair of 'L' shaped steel brackets with 13mm track fixing holes. Two 40mm diameter black ball raced capstan pulleys are mounted to the vertical arms of the fitting. Please see the side cording diagram 12 for a detailed description of how to rope this component. Identical to the TRA33 but wider to accommodate for the larger body of a TRA28AHD scenery carrier. TRA33HDTRA33HD S/C CENTRE OVERLAP DIVERTER HEAVY DUTY
Supplied as a set of three components for side corded systems the TRA34 is used to divert the cord to and from the floor pulley or motor. Two of the required fittings are identical and are designed to be used at the outer ends of the track run, one as a return pulley for the cord and the other as one of the drop pulleys. The other fitting has a sheave mounted lower on the bracket and is used for the other drop pulley. The vertical arm of the components carries a 90mm diameter black Nylon ball raced sheave. This sheave has a solid bush cord keep. The mounted component project 98mm from the centre of the track line.TRA34TRA34 S/C HEAD & RETURN PULLEY SET (3 PART)

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align:justify">The 0.4kW, 50 Hz TRACDRIVE motor system has been designed to be a bolt-on extra and provides a simple solution for the location of the track motor drive unit. The TRACDRIVE mounts directly beneath a track system or it can be wall mounted with additional brackets. It is capable of driving most straight or curved system layouts in lengths of up to 25m and will operate curtains (including the rearfold system) weighing up to 300kg. The motor unit uses TRA27 pre-stretched polyester cord making the system extremely silent and comes supplied with track mounted limit switches without control. The motor can be wired in either Star 415 volts ac or Delta 240 volts ac and the housing incorporates a junction box which will accept all relevant motor connections.
